FUNimation Entertainment announced that they’ve acquire to distribute and broadcast Fullmetal Panic! and Fullmetal Panic? Fumoffu from Kadokawa. Part of the distribution rights is to release both series into Blu-ray sometime in 2010.
King Records announced that the complete Nadesico and Stellvia will hit Blu-ray in Japan in 2010.
Revy is back, and this time in high-definition. Season 1 and 2 of Black Lagoon arriving to Blu-ray in Japan in December. Eight volumes total with 2 volumes being release per month. Extras includes Black Lagoon manga bonus pages turned into anime for video extras.

Latest 3D CG anime, TO, arriving to Blu-ray and DVD on December 18, 2009 in Japan. The two part director’s cut mini-series (TO - Elliptical Orbit and TO - Planetary Harmony) will be sold as twin-packs or individual discs on BD and DVD. The twin-pack versions will have a 3 sided sleeve, and the BD twin-pack will also include a booklet that is available with the first pressing of the BD limited edition. 3D cards comes with the first pressing of the limited edition DVD singles. The movie is directed by Fuhimko Sori of Vexille, Appleseed, and Ping Pong fame. BD version will be 1080p with Japanese Linear PCM 5.1 and 2.0.

Evangelion 1.01: You Are (Not) Alone streets on November 17, 2009
The thirteen Detective Conan anime movie, Detective Conan: The Raven Chaser, is coming to BD on November 25, 2009 with BD Live. The BD Live will allow viewers to access storyboards for the entire movie and synch the storyboards with the movie, and leave comments using your mobile phone on your favorite scenes. Character and story information is also part of the feature. The disc also utilizes BD Explorer, a Java based menu system, to access general informaton on Detective Conan, the latest info on the 14th movie, behind the scenes type talks with staff and cast, interview vidoes, trailers, special videos, a an undercover report titled “Secret Knight”.

Avex Entertainment to release a Angelic Layer BD and DVD Box Set on March 26, 2010. The item is limited and that the deadline for preorders is 2/15/2010 (Japan only). The box set will contain all episodes of the anime series. Resolution is set to 1080 and audio is Linear PCM.

Basilisk: Koga Ninpocho is being released in a Blu-ray box on February 24, 2010 in Japan. The box set will include all 24 episode of the series mastered in high-defintion in 6 discs, and it also contains 60 minutes of video extras, in which some of the staff and cast appear. FUNimation Entertainment released the anime series in North America.
