All 26-Episodes of Planetes coming to BD in September 25, 2009 in Japan. The BD includes a documentary on recording live sound-effects for the anime from Tsukaba Space Center, a planned 16 page booklet, and a picture and picture audio commentary. The package will sport a 1080i resolution with Dolby TrueHD 5.1 / Linear PCM 2.0 for its audio, and a running time of 780 minutes (650 main feature).

Tayutama - Kiss on My Deity Blu-ray announced and scheduled for a simultaneous standard DVD release on June 25, 2009. The first volume will include the first 2 stories and comes with an extra animated video called Tayu Tayu-Pure Heart. The first volume will also include a storage box that has illustration from Fumitake-sensei and will hold the two upcoming volumes.
